This past year has been nothing but a roller coaster! I had a great job teaching an amazing kindergarten class, i got to coach middle school baseball and cheerleading and loved every minute. It is now the summer and this is supposed to be the most relaxing time of a teachers year but that still has not been the case for me. Unfortunately, the job I was in last year was a one-year only job so I am back on the job search. I am praying something will come up but nothing has so far.
Jacob and I have attended several weddings so far this year and I love it! I love weddings! We are both in one this weekend for one of his high school friends. It is so fun to watch all of his friends follow suit and get married! I am so excited to be a part of Johnny and Savannah's big day!!

8 months woo

Cheerleading has officially started as of today. We have clinic today and tomorrow and try-outs are are Thursday. We will have our team by Friday! I am so excited for this season. As long as everything works out I will have this squad all to myself with a little help! I am hoping for a drama free year, but I know hat might not be realistic when it comes to middle school girls. A girl can hope right?
Spring break is 11 days away! I am going to North Carolina to see Lauren! I am beyond excited! I get to spend 5 days there instead of normally 2! It should be a great time!
In the past month, I have hosted 2 bridal showers! Just have to get through the bachelorette party on May 2-4th and I am party free. I don't know if that will be a good thing or a bad thing. I really enjoy it. Here are some pictures that can maybe give you some ideas for your next shower you throw:

7 months later
I really need to get to blogging more. Marriage hasn't been lollipops and gum drops the whole 7 months but if you have talked to anyone you should know that. Marriage is hard work. It is consistently thinking of someone else above yourself but we are making it one day at a time.
Two of Jacob's really good guy friends are getting married this summer. Both Jacob and I are in both of the weddings so needless to say we are going to have a busy summer. On top of those two weddings that we are in, so far in the year of 2014 we have been invited to 6 other weddings. One of those weddings was this past weekend. It was one of my sorority sisters ands he married one of our mutual friends. It was a beautiful wedding. Have I mentioned I love weddings? I am helping Carrie (the bride of Jacob's friend Blake) plan hers. I love it. It might be stressful at times but it is a lot of fun!
MCES has blessed me tremendously. When I got there I asked the cheer coaches if they needed some help. i cheered in high school and loved it and felt I needed something else. Jacob goes to the gym anywhere from 6/7 days a week and I needed something else to do. I became a coach. I attended practices, all football games and all basketball games. I became close with some of the middle school girls and sometimes that was a nice change to my kindergarteners. Cheerleading season is over now but that doesn't mean I have stopped going. MCMS did not have a baseball team last year and that bothered Jacob so I said something to the assistant principal about coaching. He was thrilled, so Jacob and I have become the baseball coaches at Madison County Middle School. I think he enjoys it a lot and I will too once I get all the managerial stuff taken care of. It has been an exciting 7 months so far. I can't wait to see where we go from here!
